Keep your Coffee AND Improve your Sleep
Often when someone contacts me for help with their sleep they say they’ve completely eliminated coffee.
I have to admit that I usually stifle a gasp of horror before asking, “Why?”
Usually they’re trying to find any and every way to improve their sleep and coffee is the first culprit that people turn to.
My recommendation is quite the opposite though.
Keep your coffee, regardless of how your sleep is. Just don’t drink it too late in the day, like after 2pm.
I used to be just a tea drinker. But over a decade ago, I taught myself to like coffee because coffee has so many health benefits. Even decaf has benefits! Check out this article by Harvard.
I still drink tea in the afternoon or evenings. Or sometimes if I’m awake in the very early morning I’ll turn on the twinkle lights over the fireplace and make myself a cup while I read or sit and “do nothing” (which was prescribed by my spiritual money coach).
But I love my coffee too!
If you’re struggling with your sleep, keep your coffee but schedule a free consultation with me to see how it can improve. It’s typically 3-6 sessions to vastly improve it . . . to the point where you actually look forward to going to bed instead of dreading it thinking, “Why kind of awful night am I going to have tonight?”
