Children of toxic parents internalize awful, hurtful voices. Their little bitty Inner Children don’t feel loved, nurtured, or supported. They carry these voices into their adult lives and then feel depression and/or overwhelming anxiety and sometimes they go to the deep, dark place of feeling suicidal. If you’re a mom, a fear of losing your child comes up and can be pervasive.

Questions about your worth as a person and as a parent can plague you, throwing you into tailspins of emotions. But you don’t have a mom or dad to call and talk to about this because they’re the problem and often go on the attack right when what you need is support and someone to talk to.

Hypnosis is an effective and gentle way to work with your Inner Child for deep healing.

I’m here to give you the support and help you feel stable, and so that your Inner Child will feel safer and supported and your real life children will never be at risk. We will navigate these feelings together so that they become less overwhelming and you feel like you can handle situations that arise better and easier.

Life will feel easier in general and happier, like you are finally “getting it” and feel good about yourself and your parenting. Feelings of depression, shame, and sadness will decrease. When you have an “emotional flare-up,” you’ll know what to do to get yourself back on track and you’ll have support to do it.
